The AC does not work very well at low car speeds like driving around town. It does work well on the highway. Is there a fan that draws air over the ac at low car speeds to help it cool? If so where is it and what fuse does it run on. Thanks

I replaced the relay and the ac works great now. Thanks to the forum for replies and a searchable database.
