where to buy 4afe parts

I've got my motor out of the car and up at the machine shop due to a slight rod knock. I'm having them source the bearings so I know they're the correct size since the crank is being ground but the rest of the parts I don't know where to go to get. Things like gaskets, piston rings, rear main seal some weird stuff like that perforated washer that goes on the gear end of the crank. Is there a good source for this stuff that I don't know about? I have a parts guy and website for all my honda needs but I'm new to the toyota scene so any direction would be great. I know I could just get cheap stuff from eghey but I'd rather go with quality parts.

Yeah, I have mixed feelings about rock autos parts. I ordered some for a Dodge I was working on a while ago but some things I'm just much happier buying OE.

Its VERY difficult these days to find quality parts. Sometimes you have to hit a few vendors before you get all you need that you know will stay working when you put it all together.
