are putting neon lights ricey?
i have some red neons on my car but i like how it looks...
(please go easy on me lol..im still a somewhat car virgin xD)

Check with your local DMV if able to legally have those on your car.
I know in some states you can get pulled over and fined for having any red and blue lights on the exterior of your car, since they're normally reserved for emergecy vehicles only.

well i have ran into many cops but none pulled me over...lol

Any lighting that is not used for lighting the road, informing other drivers of your movements or for lighting the interior of the car for illumination purposes when stopped and/or door open is rice in my opinion :P
