Coaxial speaker sizes

Would anyone be able to tell me the coaxial/component speakers sizes for the back window and doors in a 94 corolla?

I would take them out and measure myself if it wasn't for that damn crank window clip

The crank clip is easy to take out, just use a straight edge and pry it from the end of the clip. Also the door speakers are 4" and I think stock in the back are 5 1/2" ones, but I don't know, when I got my car there were 4 6x9's in the back.

I have a 96 Prizm:
Rear deck speakers are 6.5". Front door speakers are a goofy 5", not 5 1/4". You can get 4" to work but you'll need foam weatherstripping between the speaker and the mount. For the 5" speakers you can use Polk Audio, and I think Infinity makes some. This applies to US market cars and possibly some overseas.

I believe the Prizm and Corolla have different speakers. Go to pioneer.com and check out their car builder somethingsomething.

Crutchfield's website shows both vehicles having the same size speakers.

My 97 corolla has the 6.5"s in the back and the stupid 5" ones in the front. I wish I had known this before I buying and installing my 4" speakers. Both sets of speakers are pioneer a series except the front ones are barely audible. It must be because of the leaking air and cancellation. Here is a picture a drew to describe the issue on a car audio forum. The red is the space between the speaker and the speaker hole.

My '93 had 4" up front and 6.5" on the deck but they mounted in the wacky factory mounts in the rear. I have the factory rear mounts and grills available for a real cheap price (as well as the fronts probably) (send me a PM with your contact info).

If the window crank clip is causing headaches for you though it might NOT want to be project to tackle on your own.................
