Lowering Steering Wheel?

i might be dumb...but how can i lower my Steering Wheel?..there is no visible switch to lower it.

In my car (not sure if it differs between Corollas) the switch is on the plastic cover on the steering, behind the knob that turns on your high beams and stuff.

if the lever to adjust it isnt behind the turn signal switch then you do not have tilt wheel. tilt wheel was an option.
