Today I was driving, and the roads were a tad flooded. I managed to make it through but now my alarm system doesnt make the chirp sound when it locks/unlocks, and my parking lights will continuously blink. I'm worried that this will drain my battery and I wont be able to drive...

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Why dont you just go to the mechanic guy?

Can you check the battery terminals? a fuse?

Well my options are limited atm, it's night and it's raining out. But I guess I just won't be able to drive for a while...

Excess moisture can cause a whole bunch of different problems that we cant even begin to chat about here. Get things dried out and go from there.
