Will 18x7.0 4x100 Rims Fit my 95 Prizm?

I found a chart that says that the stock size is.

Geo Prizm 1990-1996 18x7.5 4x100

Will VW wheels fit ok?

Volkswagen Jetta I 1981-1984 18x7.0 4x100

Thanks

They didn't list the offset, but it looks like they should be either 43 or 45mm

Will both of those work?

If that's the offset then those wheels should fit. You might have to roll your fenders though.

The stock wheel size is 14, not 18 lol. 18s will be rather huge on a stock Prizm (no body kit). I would not recommend it. The stock offset is 40.

I don't know much about wheel sizes other than bolt patterns.

One chart I found shows the prizm as:

Geo Prizm 1990-1996 18x7.5 4x100

Which I take as 7.5" wide x 18mm offset. Correct me if I'm wrong here.

These are 14" rims

Also, if the width is a little different, can I still use 175 65 14 size tires?

no, the 18 is the rim diameter. Offset is usually at the end with an "ET"

I took another look at that chart, and it says up at the top max wheel size. Sorry, I misread it the first time.

I did find this here.

http://lugpattern.net/Volkswagen_Bolt_Patterns.htm

MODEL YEAR O.E. WHEEL SIZE LUG PATTERN STUD SIZE HUB/CENTER BORE OFFSET
COROLLA 88-02 14x5.5 4x100 12x1.5 54.1 H

JETTA 81-98 14x6 4x100 12x1.5b 57.1 H

I looks like the hub is a little bigger, and the jetta uses a bolt instead of a stud. Those should still work right?

What about 13x8 with a +20 mm offset?

I know I'd have to roll a bit, but how much poke would I have? lol

13x8 would be like a god damn steam roller (and probably only come in an offset for RWD, sticking WAY out like a Mexican low rider), and 18x3 would be like a motorcycle wheel.

Can you break traction with high performance street radials at the 1/4 mile? And no, 13x8 are for VW homosexuals with stretched tires. No way you can cram performance brakes, like a high output Honda would be running, inside 13" wheels.

If you want 8" wide wheels, run 15s.

Better yet run 949racing 6UL's.
