Squeal from front suspension until I hit the brakes.

Anyone know what's up with that? Sometimes it comes back when I hit bumps and stuff. Usually doesn't make any noise, but sometimes does, and hitting the brakes a few times will make it go away. Brakes seem fine.

By brakes being "fine", have you actually checked your pad wear? There will still be some meat left on the pads when the squealers start to make noise, sounds like you're at the stage when they _just_ start to make contact with the disc, which is why it isn't consistent.

i was having the same issue when i bought mine. turned out that when i took my caliper apart i had a stuck slide pin and was keeping the top part of my pad slightly pressed against the rotor until that part of the pad wore out. then when i would hit the brakes the noise would come back. the noise would also come back making right turns at low speeds until i straightened back out.

Squeaking on properly assembled brakes comes from rust on the backing plates and piston. Best cure is a permatex spray product that you spray on the pads. Ive used it successfully for years.
