Gauge Cluster light still won't light up

I replaced the 4 big 194 light bulbs for the gauge cluster and still does not light up. Also when I turn on my headlight the factory radio face light will turn off. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Beside my power mirrors I have this scrolling thing. It controls how dim the gauge cluster is.

yeah, the fuse for those 4 bulbs is the same as the exterior bulbs. But if it is not a fuse problem, you need to replace the dimmer switch. They fail all the time actually.

You mentioned the radio lights go blank when you turn on your headlights, that's because they also use the dimmer power. So you are obviously missing power from the dimmer.

Radio light is back to normal now, but still no gauge cluster face light. Another odd thing is the automatic shifter light would sometimes go out.
