This morning on my way to work I noticed this light, a rectangle with 3 wavy lines, I bought the car used and dont have a manual. Any help would be much appreciated.
EDIT: I mean the light on the left, the one on the right is the airbag light which is stuck on even though the airbags are not deployed.

Ok got it. Now I know why it used to take so long for the back window to defrost lol
Thanks again and good luck with your corolla, I have had mine for 4 years now, got a great price for it and except for one breakdown last year it has been fairly reliable.
So you've had this car for 4 years, and you've never figured out the defroster system?
lol, just messing with you, glad you got it sorted!
Takes some longer than others.
I know when I picked this car up I spent some time sitting in it pressing all the buttons to see what they did, not tht there were many.
My Cougar was so odd with button placement but everything made sense.
And the interior wrapped around almost like it was made for just the driver to mess with things xD
But, I like the Corolla over the Cougar cause of gas and reliability.

The light is lit because their is something wrong with the safety system. It doesnt mean they are deployed just that there is something that needs attention. I havent dealt with SRS codes on Toyota so I cant help you with that.
If you like the fuel economy now, change the thermostat with a new dealer one (and the seal), you'll like it even better then. Engine heats up faster, better fuel economy.
