I have noticed that there are many different types of interior door trim panels available on our rollas. I was just hoping if people could post some pictures of their door trim panels so we can get a collection together.
Might be able to post the pictures on the Corolla Optional Extras & OEM Features page as an alternative
Here are mine:
This is what was originally fitted to my car:
This is what I have just installed, it is from an older 7th gen Corolla:
There sure are a ton of different panels available. Multiple colors, power window switches or manual knob, and LHD or RHD make for many possibilities. The panels also vary by location. In the US, the 93-96 were quite different than the 1997 panels, although there were smaller variations in the 93-96 panels.
I've got the top set (common for Aus-spec ones), wouldn't mind getting a grey/steel/black set to match my Levin front seats though, the 90s purple/blue/green/grey combo just doesn't do it for me

I can imagine the US market would have a few different trims.
Hiro - I didn't like my original set I had installed since factory, polka dots aren't really my thing and the blue/green colour doesn't make sense, I cant say that my new trims are awesome but I really think they are an improvement either way.
Kiwi - I love the JDM trim panels, I like the colour on yours but unfortunately it looks very similar to the panels fitted to a 97 Hyundai Sonata - a car I don't have fond memories of. Either way they look cool. But I have one question, Are there any JDM panels (with manual window winder) that would fit directly onto my AUDM door? It's something I've always wondered?
here are the trim panels from a 97 corolla DX. i don't know if you can tell from the picture or not, but the carpeted bits bump out, away from the rest of the door. that's because toyota decided to install pieces of metal called crush panels underneath. i'm pretty sure they're used as a theft deterrent to make unlocking the door difficult if you don't have the key. i dunno why they waited until the last year to put them in though.

I also have some door cards that are exactly the same shape but with GT fabric (same pattern as my seats), and another set from the SE-G model. Yep, some XE Limited models had the exact same style but with manual windows. I could keep an eye out for some if you like. That way you'd be able to use the JDM 6.5" front speaker brackets

I like the grey door trims in the DX. The power window buttons in the back are similar in layout to the AUDM models they also remind me of the layout in the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow.

thanks!
although, i've never really liked the window switches in the back, purely because it seems to me like such an odd angle to put your hand into, to use them. that's why i want to eventually get some like kiwi's, but gray to match the rest of the interior.
