I know of a few people who run coilovers on the 7 and 8 gens and they use ksports or D2 coilovers. I personally plan on lowering my car with some new springs, as coilovers would probably drop me too low for the terrain here.
sorry this is the only picture i have of my car right now but this is how it sits with megan racing springs and stock struts. pretty decent drop, not much of a wheel well gap; however, not that aggressive like some of the VW owners have their cars set up. if you wanna go lower than this you'll need some real coilovers which will cost you a pretty penny.
yeah ive been looking at different coil overs to see how much it would cost and its not cheap haha. but your car looks good too. im thinking about lowering mine or saving my money to possibly get a new car but im not sure yet

Awesome looking car man! Btw, how are the Megans? I have been looking at a pair of their springs, some people tell me they are good but others tell me that they are "chinese crap springs."
Sig pic is Eibach Pro-Kit springs (straight-up TRD copy, I think they're still the only aftermarket progressive springs, shame they're discontinued) on Tokiko Blues and 17s. Had to get the fenders rolled, and I now need to paint rust preventative goop on the spots where that cracked off the paint in the wheelwells, but she's a working girl.
well to be honest, i cant really give a good opinion on the megan springs. I know they make good stuff for hondas; however, my rear struts are blown so my car rides like shit anyways. I havnt had any problems with them as of now and ive had them in for about 4-5 months, which isn't really long at all. id suggest them to anyone who wants to get rid of the disgusting amount of wheel well gap these corollas have stock without cutting the springs and spending too much since theyre only like $110.
btw thanks for the compliments guys, the bike rack used to actually be to haul me and my buddies snowboards up to the mountain since the rear seats in the corolla dont fold down. even though im in florida now i always thought it suited my car well so i kept it on there. cant stand the roof rack look without the fairring upfront though.
