I did a google search... apparently it is a keyless entry system. If you lock your keys in your car or what have you, you can tap on the window or close to the microphone a special tap that you customize...
I see no reason to actually get this, seems like someone will be out there to figure it out. bstylz, why dont you look at their website, I am pretty sure it shows you. I have never known a good product to have bad reps, so that should tell you this product isnt worth the 40USD ($40). Here you go just in case:
