need to diagnose a bad engine rattle(Video inside)

I haven't taken the belt or done anything, the rattle started like a couple month ago but was barely noticeable. Now it's just too loud and need to deal with it.

what does it sound like to you? spun bearing? massive exhaust leak ?

it's a little similar to this one, but stays with rev's....
4AFE 1.6 making a weird noise

if anyone had this rattle before and found out what it was please post !

It should make you happy that I cant ear any rod knock. You'll know it when you get an engine with it!

Like in the other link.. What is the condition of your engine mounts?

that's a relief, that i won't need a new engine.
But I can't live with that sound, i barely step on the gas it sounds like something will fall apart (like in the video.)

engine mounts are not too bad(not much shaking), and how would they make a noise like that anyways?

alright so will start by checking the exhaust system, any other suggestions what might be causing it ?

can any internal engine parts make a sound like that ? (stuck valve..etc?) because it sounds like its coming straight out of the engine itself.

It sounds like it but the engine mounts need to be removed and inspected. Just looking at them you cant really tell. Remove them and it becomes very obvious.

update: so the flex pipe was broken and got it fixed today. Thanks Bitter.

however that was only a part of the rattle, there is still a rattle, here is a video with a leak-less exhaust system:

It very well may be the valves. I had a similar issue (engine making chugging noise and vibrating violently (worse then yours)) and it turned out to be a blown head gasket and I had to recondition my valves and cylinder head. It also turned out that I lost compression in 3 of my cylinders which most likely caused the violent vibration. Still dont know how I blew my head gasket from 2 small revs under 5000 rpm each. Just my luck

I still can't hear anything other than an engine revving, try with the camera below the engine?
