Is there anything special about the Corolla Classic Edition, or was it just an optional trim for the model?
I saw one yesterday, and it had some strange toyota 5 Spoke rims on it along with wood grain on the dash.

CE is technically between base and DX iirc. I have a CE. Nothing classic about it. 4AFE with auto tranny, tan interior, steelie wheels.

This one seemed almost high endish for a Corolla, Idk how to explain it.

are you sure it wasn't those fake stick on wood trim? I've seen someone on TN with that (like this on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Corol...item3f09802a3d). And the alloys could just be aftermarket or off another toyota. AFAIK The CE was one of the lower end models like wei said.

Its looked nice, and who knows about the wood trim

Probably a dealer installed accessory.
