Advice on tie rod ends

I've been browsing on Rock Auto for tie rod ends and noticed that the European models have a tie rod assembly (inner and outer tie rods). If anyone can look in section for 'tie rod assembly', can any one of those tie rod assemblies (for power steering) go into a North American Corolla? I think that Moog part #TOAX1636 may be compatible. What are your thoughts?

The picture looks like just the inner tie rod. I'm pretty sure you aren't getting both the inner and outer for $27.

If you click on it at RockAuto, it does say it fits 92-2002 Corolla models.

Number posted is for an INNER. At least you are looking at Moog. There doesnt seem to be any other brands that last very long besides Moog.
