Throttle Body Help

I have Corolla 96 AE101 1.6 4AFE, and found out there is a small motor below the throttle body, and has a cable, I assume goes to the ECU, seems the motor failed, this motor gets stuck and makes motor accelarate
to high rpms even in cold start,

I decided to remove the cable, now engine works, but it has a sensation running in 3 cylinders and bad air flow, and feels like you are in a boat

I try to remove the motor and found, I got to remove the whole throttle body, possible 3 hrs of work and no experience,
anyone has pictures of teardown the throttle body or possible workaround to use the car without the motor with normal behaivor

Also this anormality is affecting my mpg since feels car isnt mixing air properly with gas

I realize you english may not be very good since you are from Panama, but I cannot understand what you are doing. The correct repair is probably to replace that "motor" so everything works they way it should.

Posting a picture may help us to understand better.

Presumably you are referring to the solenoid that controls the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV).
If you remove that green-ish 2x2 inch platic piece (two bolts), you will notice a round metal cylinder that opens and closes the idle air valve. That cylinder should rotate *completely* freely (about 1/2 revolution) and not stick in any position. If it does, then it is likely clogged with oily residue from the fumes that come from the Positive Crankcase Ventilation system. The IACV can be cleaned with throttle body cleaner without disassembling the throttle body.
Run a search for IACV cleaning to get an idea how it can be done.

If the valve is clogged very badly it may be necessary to remove the throttle body to clean it properly but most likely it will not be necessary.

When you disconnect the cable, the ECU cannot control the idle, the valve may close completely and with the throttle closed, there won't be any air coming to the engine, so it will stall. That is probably why you notice that the engine runs rough and has unstable idle.
