NGK are probably the best, imo. That's what I have in my car though so I may be biased, unless you go for TRD wires.

edit: B&B wires aren't bad either, I've had those on my car before.

IMO get some OEM wires. I switched to NGK wires and they had higher dc resistances than the original oem ones. Sure they work. And probably will work till the day my car dies but I can't help but think that I am losing some performance/mpgs with them.

As for plugs go with ngk copper tips if you don't mind changing them a little more often. The copper conducts better than iridium platinum and all that stuff. Mine are iridium. I bought them on a whim for a pretty penny and wish I hadn't.

Cheers

Any plugs but Bosch. From experience, a set of worn-out NGKs makes the engine run more smoothly than a set of correctly-installed, brand-new, properly-gapped Boschs.

NGK plugs from autozone are fine they are like 2.50ish a piece. I have been using duralast plug wires because they have a lifetime warranty. With that said before I need to do a emissions test, I go to autozone and pull my plug wires out and say they are defective, and they give me a new set every time.

I replaced my plugs and wires with NGK a few weeks ago. I found them new for cheap on ebay free shipping. IDK of any other place that may have them for cheap. I paid 8 bucks for the 4 plugs and 40 for the wires set.

While I AM a big fan of NGK, I dont like their wires. They dont last very long before going open. I hope your experience is better.

ND is also another great plug if you have trouble getting NGK.

ALWAYS CHECK THE GAP before installing. While the box on the fine wire electrodes say "DO Not Adjust," doesnt mean its the right gap to begin with. Someone could have dropped it on the floor and damaged it. You wont know unless you check.

The best two brands of spark plug wires you can buy for the 4A-FE/7A-FE is TRD and Magnecor, but at the end of the day you won't notice any real performance gains so OEM replacements or their equivalent will be fine. NGK for the plugs are your best bet. Try and stay away from Bosch if possible.
