96 Corolla Jerking Help Please.

It all started when on day it wouldn't start with no spark, so I put a new coil from AUTOZONE on and it started right up so on my way home from work it started jerking like crazy so I put new (autozone)wires, button, cap and plugs and another coil. The jerking is still there, but it has never missed or jerked at idle, only when driving, Would anyone have a clue what it could be, Thanks for the inputs

Change them anyways, they're known to cause misfires.

depends what year, could be an igniter issue or a bad connection somewhere.

Could it possibly be a corroded distributor rotor? Is your check engine light on?

When I was changing the rotor button cap and coil it didn't have no rust inside there. The black cap that goes over the coil and under the rotor button I replaced it to because it seemed to be alittle bent but the new one does the same thing and the button looks like it rubs alittle on that cap.
