Biggest rim that can fit on our little cars?

I may end up with a set of Gram Lights soon, and they might be a bit big, not sure though.

They are 17x7.5, are those to wide or tall for a lowered Corolla?

If so I might still get them and sell them to profit, and maybe try to fit them anyways...lol

My brother used to have 16x7.5s with +30 offset I think it was and he said they fit fine. And a few people here run 17's and are lowered. All depends on the offset I guess. Won't hurt to try them anyways.

Yeah, trying to do a deal with the kid now on the rims.
Trying to trade my sub and amp that I traded for a bass that I got from a friend for free lol

So if I do sell them I make profit no matter what xD

I had 17"x7" 40mm offset rims, lowered 1.5-2", no problems at all. You should be fine on the wheels. Granted, ANY wheels will fit if you really want :P

As for my suggestion, if you have a body kit, you can go 17" or maaaaybe 18". If you don't have a body kit, 16" maaaaybe 17" is the biggest I would go.

Largest I think could fit without modifications would be 15" or 16"

Not necessarily... tire size, wheel offset and wheel width also play factors in determining whether they'll fit or not.

Lol I have no idea what offsets are as I'm only 17, and never bothered to deal with my rims

My previous wheels were 17x7.5 with a 35p offset and I had to get the rear fenders rolled because it would occasionally scrape when I went over speed bumps and down steep driveways (particularly if I was carrying passengers in the rear). My current wheels are 17x7 with a 40p offset.

Not sure on the offset but they're Gram Lights, and I think they are usually around 40ish.

If I get them I'll see whether they fit before I decide to sell them or not.
