4AGTE Air intake and turbo upgrade

hi there this is my first post so please bare with me.

i just brought myself a sprinter trueno turbo its got a 4AGTE in it with a stock air intake and a SR20DET turbo (sorry don't know the code or anything on it)

I want to know what i can swap the air intake to maybe a 3sgte intake but not sure about fitments.

i would like to know what to swap the turbo too i was thinking about a t25 or t28 but no idea.

im looking for performance more than anything but not to much so i can keep within local laws, i don't wanna spend to much but have a budget for a fair bit so let me know what you think and whether the fitments are gonna be fine or need minor tweaks.

Also while your here might as-well tell me what else i can do to the engine to make it better (looks and/or performance).
