power steering leak

i have a leak in the power steering gear assembly. is it possible for me to fix this? i can't seem to find the parts online, outside of the whole assembly. there is a nut that i can get to, i just wanted to see if anyone knows about this before i started just taking things apart. thanks!

Best to replace it with a rebuilt unit. Internal parts are hard to find.

Buy the whole rack, probably best off to take it to a shop and have them do it unless you have a lift or access to one, or know a way to do it on the ground.

you'll need an alignment when done, dont let the steering shaft turn. hold the wheel in place with some bungee cords and make sure the rack is centered by counting turns lock to lock before installing.

thanks for all the advice. i will likely purchase the rebuilt unit and have a shop install it.
