The bodykits were probably built around an RA65.
The RA65 was made in 84-85.
But it was basically the same as the RA64 (82-85).
There are just minor trim changes (badges, grills, lights, etc).
The sheet metal is the same.
Underneath, the big change was from a solid axle to IRS (hence the number change).
