PCV valve location - 01 Corolla

Could someone please help me. I need to find where the PCV valve is on a 2001 Toyota Corolla. I took the engine cover off but still don't see it. If anybody has a picture i would really appreciate it. I bought the part in autozone and feel dumb now cause i can't find where it goes!

Thanks!

I think this has been asked before, do a search of the Corolla forum, if I'm not mistaken they didn't have a PCV valve.

You are mistaken. Take off the plastic VVT-I shroud. On the passenger side is a dark green valve screwed into the head with a hose clamped to it. This is PCV valve.

Thanks for the clarification, I remember someone posting before that there was no PCV valve, maybe it was a different year.

I actually found it last night. It's on the right side on top of the engine with a hose going to it... but it definitely was not green, it was yellowish metal piece. Took 5 minutes to replace with a new one from autozone
