And I partly feel dumb for asking, but if I may ask anyway, I have a 2001 Corolla and would like to know how to adjust the steering wheel. I've been in other cars and it's usually right in front of me. For this car, I could not for the life of me find it. I checked under the steering wheel, under the steering column, next to the steering wheel, all to eventually fail. Any and all help is appreciated and hopefully I'm really overlooking this.
If you have an equipped tilt steering wheel, the level for adjustment should be on the left hand of the steering column. Perhaps you don't have a tilt wheel.
There's nothing you can do. You can't swap a tilt wheel into your car either. It has to be built in. You'll just have to get used to it or buy a new car.
If it really bothers you perhaps you can buy an after market racing type steering wheel. I think there a pain in the ass to install but you can get one not as bulky.
I see that, but just thought a smaller steering wheel might help because it wouldn't be as high if being too high was he problem. You seeing what I'm trying to say?
Yeah, but most ordinary people don't want a racing steering wheel because it makes the steering of the vehicle very sensitive and twitchy. It's certainly not convenient for a every day use and dangerous for some not used to it. It also eliminates the airbag. I would get one myself actually, but I don't want to give up my airbag and cruise controls. LOL

Really? I didnt know that. I'm with you man. I'd love to have a racing steering wheel but I don't want want to give up the airbag action. Wouldn't mind the celica one that the S trim came with, haha. I get jealous when I see nice ass cars at school with the steering wheel removed. But that's OK because according with what you say, my steering will be ultra sensitive with my low profile tires. But I was just saying if it really, really bothers this guy then the racing wheel might be a possible venture.
