so how do i know if i have an alarm on her, keyless entry?
hopefully i was lucky and bought one with it installed, Just got her On friday

What kind of key fob did you receive with the car?

If it's a factory alarm it may only gets triggered if the door is opened with the system armed. Most factory alarms don't go off if the tampered with.

it just came with a regular key, i was thinking maybe i have keyless entry, but highly doubtful

It doesn't seem the 01 LE was offered with a alarm or keyless entry as standard or optional equipment according to cars.com
On the plus side because you already have power door locks it would be fairly cheap to add keyless entry. You can get keyless entry moudules w/ remotes off ebay for 20-30 bucks. Install is usually fairly straight forward if you are a DIY type person.
