I'm pretty sure most of those are modified by the owner - I haven't seen any that you can buy off the shelf like that - aside from premodded ones on eBay or similar.
Have to watch some of those assemblies - some use Depo lamp assemblies (aftermarket source that some body shops use) - those are easier to mod, but tend to be "leakers" -> water seeping into the assembly.
