How is the VE totaled? Where are the damage? You can take anything not damaged from there and transfer to your CE.
You will need to go to a shop. Twice for A/C (you need them to evacuate the r134a, and once again when you are done to charge it up), and once for rust on roof.
Changing bumpers isn't too bad. Take out the trunk floor board and remove ~6 nuts holding the rear bumper (need to confirm this), and the plate lights.
Take the engine belt from VE. Cars with AC have a longer belt. There is a lot of stuff both in engine bay and inside the cabin that needs transferred to retrofit A/C to your CE.
