New to the 8th gen

Hello. Me and my gf just scooped up a magenta 98 ve auto last week. Needs lots of tlc and a paint job in a year or so. It has 140,xxx on the odo but just had a 70,xxx motor swapped in to it so it should be a 10 year + car. Ive been looking around the 8th gen forums all afternoon. lots of info that i will certainly use but i will be sure to ask if any questions arise. Thanks all!

Pessimistic but all too true.

Said from another man who has likely been burned also. Nope, doesnt matter how many ways you help them or improve life for them, they dont make em like they used to PR. Now they leave if they feel the least bit bored in the marriage after watching those steamy dates on the bachelorette or whenever it starts requiring work on their part to help maintain the relationship. They'd rather be negligent and irresponsible and leave despite who all it hurts when all it does is pile more hurt and guilt on them in the long run for being bad person.

About as smart as leaving a house for another one because there's too much garbage piled up inside to enjoy living there. Just do the work to keep the garbage out and there's no reason to leave, but thats immaturity and selfishnesh for you. Pile up a bunch of garbage in the relationship, make yourself unhappy about it, be unwilling to solve it, then blame the other person for it and leave.

I know there are good loyal women out there but they are few.

That post pretty much described my previous relationship right there.

It's so accurate that it's almost shocking.

for having a real man's insight.
