Manual or auto? Did you havge a rough idle before it died? What RPM does it idle at once it's warmed up?

When it died were all the interior electronics still working, or did everything shut off with the motor?

I would definitely clean the grounds from your battery, and possibly replace the negative cable.

thanks for suggestion, will give it a try later today.

it's an auto transmission, car were run 20 minutes before sit there and waiting. Just out of sudden it just shut off by itself like I normally shut off the car with the key to turn to off position. Since the key still stay on position, all lights remain on.

also, battery were replaced last year, my first through is the alternator may need to replace or something. Since before the car shut off, I see the clock flick a little like not enough battery to support the light.

I just had the same thing happen to me with a 2001 camry. Turned out to be the timing belt.
