Hi I might buy an Toyota Corolla S 2001 and i wanted to know what i have to look on the car and whats the big problem that happend mostly and some advice. Thank you!
It have 152 k!

Most of these cars are trouble free needing only regular maintenance for 200,000 miles. Some examples have problems cropping up aroung 150,000 miles like oil burning (do a search) and other more minor issues like replacing sensors and CATs. Search this forum for more info

unfortunately quite a number of 8th generation corollas are known to burn oil.

there are 8th gens that don't, but keep an eye out for that problem.

i don't burn too much... maybe half a quart every 3000 miles... then again i have 210k miles hahaha

this car is excellent... find a manual with a service history...

Get an emissions test done before the purchase.

My 01 le doesnt even burn oil at all well i suppose maybe not yet?

You won't be sorry. The last tank of gas in my '02 got 37.29 MPG.
