Most of these cars are trouble free needing only regular maintenance for 200,000 miles. Some examples have problems cropping up aroung 150,000 miles like oil burning (do a search) and other more minor issues like replacing sensors and CATs. Search this forum for more info

unfortunately quite a number of 8th generation corollas are known to burn oil.

there are 8th gens that don't, but keep an eye out for that problem.

i don't burn too much... maybe half a quart every 3000 miles... then again i have 210k miles hahaha

this car is excellent... find a manual with a service history...
