A/C Idle-up Valve

i'm havin some hesitation and stumbling during acceleration w/ air on in my 2000 corolla. so i do a search for a/c idle-up valve and come up w/ nothing.

is this a dealer only part? where else might i look?

That is part of the throttle body - probably only available from the dealership separately, as most other places would sell it as an entire assembly. Could try cleaning it first - if you haven't already, as it gets clogged up pretty fast with varnish and carbon deposis.
