Wiring for parking lights / turn signals?

Mostly I need to know which wire is positive (+) and which is negative (-) for the parking lights / turn signal lights in the front. I need to wire up the turn signal indicators in my new power mirrors.

Vamp installed side marker lights, but I don't follow what he's saying here:

I used Bigpun201's suggestion and connected the other ends to the two green outer wires on the corner lamp (corner light and signal light positive). This way, the side marker would be on with my corner lights and flash with my turn signal.

Update: (I haven't looked inside the insulating sheath...) but three wires would make sense since they're dim as parking lights and then bright as turn signal indicators. Still need to know which ones are which though.

Negative (chassis ground) is white with black strip, as is all circuits in all Toyotas.
The positive wire you want is green with black or yellow strip, depending on which side. Straight green is corner lamps.

I've got a question regarding wiring and the corner lights... Is there a way to mess with the wiring to make my corners stay bright? I've already disabled the DRL, and sometimes I drive around with just the parking lights on, but I noticed that they are kinda dim. I want them to stay brightly lit like when the turn signals are on.
