You mean the whole door? If a straight swap, i.e., you have a complete door from a donor car - just remove your door (total of four bolts on the two inner hinges) - install the replacement door - reinstall the bolts, adjust as necessary and your done.
The hardest part is holding the door while your bolt or unbolt the assembly. Best to have help here - definitely much easier with two people. Need to have something to support the door from below - jack, wood blocks, etc. to help hold the weight of the door. Easier if it was a floor jack or scissor jack - so that you can move it up or down to line up the bolt holes.
