Canada Noise from engine

Hello All
I am driving a 2002 corolla with 164K on it. I recently changed my brake pads and routers and i have started noticing that when i m in drive and am at a complete stop at a signal light or something there is slight vibration inside the car. However if i am in park the car idle's fine. Only when i am at a complete stop wither in reverse or driving is when i notice this problem anyone have any idea what is it that i am experiencing??

what about giving it gas when the light turn green? any jerk or shake?

a slight vibration when stopped in gear isn't a big problem, but it should be barely noticeable

if the vibration is excess and the jerk or shake occurs when accelerating hard from a dead stop, i would check the 4 engine/transmission mounts.
