How to install TouchScreen on the dashboard?

Hi all.
I installed carpc on my corolla, and now I need to put the 7" touchscreen LCD on the dashboard.

my 2002 corolla is different from how yours are, as you can see in this pic:

I believe the right place will be instead of the radio you can see on the center top of the dashboard.

I dont want to destroy the radio, and I don't want to build this panel too.

Where can I get this panel?
Is there another idea how to place the LCD?

BTW, if you want I will place more photos of the carpc.

Any adapter you can use to put a 1DIN unit there?

I didn't explain myself I see...

I have 7" LCD model lilliput 629GL its not a DIN standard its sizes more then a 2 DIN.

I need to place it instead of the radio shown in the picture.

The only adpters I find was not in the shape of the radio.
if you can find one for me this also fix the problem.
