A dealer, a Performance shop. There are vendors on this forum(RaceOne) that may have a spoiler for your car.You can also go onlne to any number of Aero kit vendors and purchase one, then have a body shop paint and install it for you.

Never met one that didn't. Many cars come with spoilers from the dealer. If there's an accident, the repairs at the bodyshop return them back to stock form.

Yes they should, that's how people are able to customize their cars. If no shop would put on a part just because the car didn't come from the factory with it, everyone's cars would look stock. If you go to a place that won't put it on for you, just go somewhere else.

Why don't you check your local yellow pages, call them and find out for yourself?

Depends on the installer - sometimes they will tap the existing brake light and keep both on there, sometimes they remove the other lamp assembly. Check with the installer you have in mind.
