what i'd do it either find a somewhat nice set from the Junker (pick a part) or use some headlight restorer, its like 8 bucks (or free if you steal stuff like I do

I clay bar, sand with 800 grit sand paper, then used headlight restore 2X (let it dry for a few min both times) then I wet sanded and used it again, then I put a nice coat of clearcoat (spray it gently) then once thats dry, do a second coat, then wax. They shoudl turn clear again. This is for plastic lights, right? I did this for my brother's Mercury Sable 99, which had YELLOW lights in the front lol they looked pretty damn good after I was done.

erm, i wouldn't use 800 grit sand paper. goto an automotive store and get 1500 - 2000 grit sand paper.

wet sand out the yellow on your headlights, then use paint polish (its a paste) to polish it back to crystal clear beauty. I just did this a couple months ago. I would get a cheap buffer (i got a cheap orbital buffer at harbor freight for about $15) because hand polishing will take you about 15-20 mins per headlight.

the added benefit of this method is you'll be able to use it to wet sand and polish scratches out of your car's paint too.

I also wouldn't use clear coat on it either.

I just replaced my Headlights for around 30 bucks each at rockauto.com.

If you have a gen 8.5 and are prewired for the fogs, the fog lights are also around the same price.
