Not on a Corolla - but I know of a few riding on Skunk2 coil-over sleeves on other cars - they ride ROUGH. If you don't care about your kidneys - then go for them. Unless you get a strut to complement them - those will ride very stiff - doesn't absorb bump - crashes into and out of them.

If you looking for a decent drop - I'd pump that money into Tein S.Tech springs - get more than a 2" drop, and the ride will still be "soft". If you want the adjustability of coil-overs - save up and get a set of KSports or Megans - two of the least expensive "half-way decent" full coilovers out there for our cars.

If you are set on coil-over sleeves - go with Ground Control. IMO, made better than Skunk2. But doesn't mean that Skunk2 is bad - they are much better than Matrix or OBX coil-overs.
