Just making sure these wheels will fit

16"x6.5" ET45 and the tires that come with them are 205/45R16

I can roll the fenders a little if needed, but would prefer not to.

A pic, in case anyone would care to share what these would look like on a moderately modded 2001 blue corolla S

That offset is a bit on the high side for a Corolla... meaning that it might rub the suspension. There would be no way around this. I would do a test fitting if possible before buying.

If not, then I would keep looking.

Do I just have to put one wheel on and see if it rubs?
thanks for the heads up man. I was seriously about to just go for it. What would be the maximum offset I could use then? 40 or so?

Yep, pretty much.

With that width, I would say that +42 would be the highest I would go.

But +40 would definitely be a better fit and on the safer side of things.
