Which sideskirts are we talking about - OEM, aftermarket, other?

There is an easy way and the right way to install them - depending on the sideskirt in question. With OEM - they use clips mounted on the lower rocker panel (push through type - should be corresponding holes on the bottom of the car). They also use screws on the ends to secure the sideskirt to the body.

Some use doublesided tape - but depending on where you live at - might be a no go. They don't hold up to extreme temperatures and is not a secure method to attach them to the body, even the high-bond versions.

Use can use doublesided tape to pre-fit the skirts to get an idea on how they look. But shouldn't use them for installation, as they tend to push panels away and create an unsightly gap.
