alright, whatever you do, dont get a refurbished disc. I JUST replaced mine about a week ago. I got my disc for cost price at toyota(relative works there), do not buy one from ebay either. I dont know where you live but i can get one from a place called picknpull in Calgary, AB theres more locations for that store aswell in the USA, you can get one there used but know what condition it is in, its probably under 20 bucks for one. Are you going to replace it yourself? or get a shop to do it? If you do it yourself its cheaper and better. now since your transmission is out, replace the clutch release bearing, i paid 50 bucks for mine. and 130 for my clutch disc. Also make sure that your pressure plate is working properly and the disc side of it AND flywheel side are smooth, if not you will go through a new clutch disc fast. good to scuff it up a bit with 80-90 grit sandpaper first.

Also when you put it in 3-5 gear does the car have trouble getting up to speed? like, the more you floor it the higher RPMS go without actually moving the vehicle? And do your gears grind? check your gear oil
