Idler Pulley bolt torque

I went to reinstall my idler pulley on my tensioner assembly, and couldn't find the proper torque for the bolt holding it on. Any help?

Sorry, I thought you meant the 17mm holding the assembly to the block (51 ft lbs). I'm not sure about the 10mm pulley bolt.

the exact specification is "tight enough so that it doesn't fall apart but not so tight that you break it'
