Shifter Replacement

Are there any tutorials out there on replacing the shifter along with the shift boot in a 2000 corolla?

Edit:

I know the shift knob just twists right off, but is there anything I could buy to make it look a little better? I hate the stock shifter.

I was looking at these earlier and saw them for 130$ and up. This one seems like a great deal compared to the others.
