if you're going to put in a V6 engine, put one in that makes more than 140HP. pretty sure though that while the engine will fit, the transmission will not. its a big trans that wraps around behind the engine. possibly if theres a compact manual trans, but then you'd need some crazy custom made axles. you'd even be hard pressed to swap a toyota V6 in there, but atleast its trans would be much more compact.
