Rear end of the Corolla has a limited about of adjustment. When I did my struts/springs - I didn't even need an alignment (TRD springs - mild drop). If you'll need an alignment or not will really depend on the car. Especially the case if you have e-bolts in the rear (or cam bolts). If you stick with a well known strut - so fitment is good (OEM are KYB struts), then you can minimize the possibility of needed an alignment. Call around different shops - some can check the alignment for free (adjusting the alignment is where they charge you).
