Toyota Corolla is very noisy, pls help

I am using Toyota Corolla 1998, and having some problems as below:

- The car is not moving, and I am sitting in the car with all doors and mirrors locked, I still can people calling me (even they don’t scream loud)
- During the car is moving on the road, I feel very annoying with the sound of it wheels touch the road because it is too loud.

I tried to test that with my other Toyota Camry 1998; however, I don’t have those problems as I am facing with Toyota Corolla 1998.

I want to fix the above problems, where should I check and fix them? Or this all of this Corolla 1998 are always like that?
Is this because of the door itself? Or is this because of the rubber around the door and door frame?

The car engine sound very noisy during I accelerate. What are the symptoms of the problems? Or this is the original design?

the engine in the 98 and up corolla is a bit noisier than the previous ones for sure.

you're getting too much noise from outside? your message is a little cryptic, English doesn't seem to be your first language so its OK. excess outside noise when not moving could be a few things, first make sure all windows are all the way up, make sure all doors and trunk are completely closed. from there check the door seals. close the door on a sheet of paper, it should be hard to pull through, it should not pull freely. if it does the seals could be bad or the door frames can be bent or the door is not aligned to the body right.

when moving it could be tire noise, try some different tires.
