Timing Chain Tensior R&R 02'

Going to replace my leaky tensioner for the timing chain. Look simple enough, and it is leaking.
I have heard two thoughts on this process.
By a new one, as they redesign them over time, which can make it run a little better, just a little.
Or, just replace the O Ring?
Also, is it just undo the two 10mm bolts, pull it out, and put new one in?
Search talks here and there, put no pics for us literate challenged.

(2) 10mm bolts and it comes out, yes. But check out this article, doesn't just pop back in.

(Personally, if you're not going to replace the chain, I wouldn't replace the tensioner. Not a whole lot going on once it's set. Mine was fabricated with good steel parts.) Anyone else with professional advice?

Great article. Also, the tensioner is leaking, like so many before me.
