If you still have the original parts - toss those on there. Aftermarket parts don't add much, if any additional value to the car. Be better off selling those separately.
Depending on where you need to the car gone quickly or not - you could opt to part out the car. Depending on the condition of the parts - sans engine - you could turn out a decent amount of money. Selling it as is, you could get anywhere from $500-$2500 - assuming a clean title. I'd say shoot for $1500 or so and negotiate from there. That is about the going rate for an 8th gen "oil burner" Corolla.
A 2000 Corolla with that many miles, automatic transaxle, and in good running condition run about $3800-$3300 - according to Kelley Blue book private party values. Trade-in prices runs about $1300 less than those prices.
