# of bulbs for ac/heat control

Does anyone know how many bulbs need to be replaced when the lights on the ac/heat controls goes out?

I have the controls with the slider thing for the outside vent, and that took two bulbs.

There's two #74 type bulbs for the knobs. There's one NeoWedge 3mm (T3) bulb for the A/C button. The rear defrost and air circulation buttons are soldered 3mm LEDs (but easily accessible pads on a simple circuit board, if you're not uncomfortable with a soldering iron).

AutoLumination sells 5-HP LED bulbs in #74 size, and V-LEDs.com sells 0.5 watt "high power" M-SMT LEDs in #74 size. SuperBrightLEDs.com also has 3-HP LED bulbs in #74 size. Cool White or "hyper white" look much better than warm white, because the screens in the HVAC are already yellowish. (The soldered LEDs for defrost and air circulation are actually blue rather than green.)

My ac button still lights up so does my defroster and closed ventilation button. Only things not lighting up are my knobs.

Ok, so there are two 3mm LED's each dedicated to the rear defrost and air circulation right? What is the voltage for the 3mm LED for these buttons? 12V? 3V?
